This guide walks you through uploading a selected Emissions Data sheet. It includes steps for exporting data, updating owners and sites, deleting sources, and importing the modified sheet.
1. The process begins on the Emissions Data page where you need to export the sources that you would like to modify.
2. Here, you can click to the export to xlsx button.
3. Once you have downloaded the file, you will see the following columns and sheets.
4. In order to update the owner, you'll need to use the email addresses.
Tip: If you hover on the owner cell, you'll find some additional guidance as a hint to use the email address.
5. There is a helper sheet named Users, where you will find all the users with their email addresses from your company.
6. Now you can copy the email.
7. And paste it to the proper cell.
8. Select the site that you would like to update.
9. Find the helper sheet that named Sites. These are all the available sites in your company.
10. The list of the available options.
11. Copy and paste. :)
12. It's simple! Just put something, like an 'x', in the marked_for_deletion column for the lines you want to delete.
13. Click the import button.
14. Select your file.
15. Once uploaded, you can review all the lines and see what will happen to them. If everything looks correct, simply press "Yes".
16. This is the last step before uploading. Here, you can attach documents if needed, and then simply click "Finish Import".
